How can writing tasks such as design docs, requirements, specifications, user guides, online help and so on be delivered using Agile? Whether you have no work experience using Agile, if just the thought of working in an Agile environment makes you shudder, or you are a seasoned Agile veteran, then this is a presentation for you.

Learn about the Agile methodology and terminology in a brief overview as well as how to manage your writing tasks through incremental and iterative work sprints. This presentation provides information about the following:

• Set up and decompose writing and editing tasks for Sprint intervals.
• Work with subject matter experts (UX, Development, HR, IT and so on) to synch documentation with development.
• Learn proven approaches to being successful in an Agile environment via Sprint grooming, planning, delivery and retrospective ceremonies.
• See a demo using Sprint tools (Atlassian’s JIRA and Confluence).
