Sharon Burton Presents "The 10 Things I Know about Content & Content Development"
Registration closes at 11pm on Saturday, 9/14.
About the Presentation
Sharon Burton is surprised to discover she has over 25 years in content development. Over these years, she’s been an employee, a consultant, a teacher, and product evangelist. She’s seen a lot of content and a lot of fads. In this talk, Sharon will cover 10 things she’s learned over a 25 year career about content and content development. Sharon will share her thoughts about at least:
* Why content matters
* Why customers care
* Why companies are usually wrong about the content they create
* Why Word is not your friend
* How tools solve problems
* How schedules drive content
* And other thoughts about our industry

The DoubleTree Club offers complimentary valet parking. If you prefer to self-park, tell the valet that you’re at the hotel for an OCSTC meeting, and ask if you can park yourself.
