About the speaker
Tamara Harpster has fifteen years’ experience as a small business owner developing technical manuals and training for government contracts. Her experience includes proposal writing, project lead, bookkeeping, IT support and the equivalent of herding cats to make on-time deliveries. In her spare time she writes articles about her experience with computers and business practices (Theory vs Reality) which are published on her family business website Shell Creek Publishing.
