After recalibrating due to the COVID-19 situation, the OCSTC is holding a virtual meeting for the month of April. We are excited to pilot new ideas in a virtual setting. Your patience is appreciated as we continue to adjust our meeting format. Suggestions and feedback are always welcome.
About the meeting
Join us virtually on Tuesday 4/21 at 6pm. We have a lot to cover in this meeting, but we also want to hear about how you all are doing in the wake of COVID-19. The OCSTC wants to ensure that we are here to help you in your professional development. We will cover the following:
- The annual chapter business meeting will be conducted during this April chapter meeting.
- The results of the election will be read, and the administrative council-elect will be installed. Learn about the candidates by reading the Candidate Slate.
- Networking, job opportunities, and casual conversation will take place as we check in with one another.
Notice:
In addition to formalizing the election results and installing the new officers, the annual business meeting also serves to partially satisfy IRS requirements for 501(c)(3) organizations and New York State requirements for nonprofit organizations. The chapter is required to notify its members of the time and location 30 days in advance of the annual business meeting.
How to join
You'll need to register for this event before the deadline. This is a FREE meeting. The day before the meeting, you will get a Zoom meeting URL with a password emailed to you with the email that you registered with.
Video is optional but highly recommended.
Wearing earbuds or a headset is also highly recommended.
