About the Speaker: Robin McNatt is a senior organizational development and human resources professional who is most recognized for her ability to get things done. Her dynamic career includes developing executive leadership, designing and implementing integrated human resources systems and facilitating organizational change. Robin was most currently the Director of People at Restaurants on the Run in Aliso Viejo, CA. Robin has a unique blend of higher education and industry experience and has served as an executive team member in the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award evaluation process. She was featured in Call Center Magazine for her innovative hiring and training practices while at Nestlé Waters. Throughout her career, Robin has been instrumental in continuous improvement. She is a certified six sigma greenbelt and is a certified consultant for the Franklin-Covey organization. Graduating with honors from the Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Robin has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. She has been a guest lecturer at The Paul Merage School of Business, UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton MBA program and for various professional associations in the United States. Robin is a member of the Board of Advisor’s for the Advanced Management Program for Women at The Paul Merage School of Business and is on the fundraising committee for the Discovery Science Center. She recently accepted a leadership position with the American Society of Training & Development and National Human Resources Association to head up their Orange County Organizational Development Special Interest Group. She is also the Founder of StyleLaughter Improvisation Comedy Troupe and performs shows to raise money for non-profit organizations in Orange County.
