Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation, email the Treasurer (trea@ocstc.org) no less than 48 hours in advance to avoid the no-show fee of --$12 speaker-only; $26 all others.

Members must pre-register NO LESS than 48 hours in advance to attend the dinner meeting at the appropriate membership rate or to attend the speaker-only portion of the meeting. All late registrants will be charged the walk-in rate.

  1. Please complete the following form, one submission per attendee, please.
  2. If you are registering on behalf of a number of people, you must complete the process for each person.
  3. The first name, last name, and email address fields below are mandatory.

REVISED OCSTC No-Show Policy

The OCSTC Administrative Council approved a motion to enforce the "no-show" policy, wherein anyone who reserves for the meeting and does not show will have their name and occurrence noted and will reimburse the chapter at or before the next meeting attended-- $12 speaker-only; $26 all other reservations.

A "no show" is defined as one of the following

  • someone who makes a reservation for the chapter meeting and does not pay
  • someone who makes a reservation for the chapter meeting who cancels after 5 pm on the Friday prior to the meeting
