OCSTC Chapter Meeting

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, email the Treasurer
(trea@ocstc.org) no less than 48 hours in advance to avoid the $24 no-show fee. If
circumstances prevent you from providing advance notice, inform the
Treasurer (trea@ocstc.org) in an email,
and the no-show fee will be removed from your account.

REVISED OCSTC No-Show Policy
The OCSTC Administrative Council approved a motion to enforce the
"no-show" policy, wherein anyone who reserves for the meeting
and does not show will have their name and occurrence noted and will
reimburse the chapter $24 at or before the next meeting attended.
A "no show" is defined as one of the following
- someone who makes a reservation for the chapter meeting and does
not pay
- someone who makes a reservation for the chapter meeting who
cancels after 5 pm on the Friday prior to the meeting
