Notes:

* This project has been almost entirely glitch-free. Brian Hanson has done a nice job on the QMS website, and this database came up out of an almost casual coincidence.

* Many users work with spreadsheets because they can format nice columns and rows for printing hardcopy (tables and landscape printing in Word are too complicated). Unfortunately, the formatting gets in the way of nifty spreadsheet database functions - like Data Filter Autofilter. Once we demonstrated the advanced functionality, several members of this group expressed renewed interest in signing up for Excel training.
